**Fleet Status**

Candy tests show no issues; the system automatically performs dial-test-based intelligence reduction, and no intelligence reduction has been detected in the last 48 hours.
**How the Quota Is Allocated**
- The account’s weekly quota is split evenly among the four members; for example, if the account has a weekly quota of $2,400, each person gets $600.
- The system allocates the quota automatically; there are no daily limits.
- If OAI initiates a reset, the fleet’s quota will be reset accordingly.
- If OAI issues a reset card, members vote to decide whether to use it
