To prevent abuse and ensure a unified IP address for access, I’ve set up a sub2api on the Los Angeles, California DC2 line. This is used for usage tracking and auditing; participants can view their keys and usage via their accounts.

## Cyber and Other Violations Strictly Prohibited
Strictly prohibit violations. I maintain long-term, stable usage through coding. If any official bans are triggered due to a user’s actions, whether a refund is issued depends on whether I successfully appeal to OpenAI.
In case of a ban, a refund will be issued based on the remaining time.
