一、车型与价格

- 视报名人数决定开 3 人车还是 5 人车。
二、内容
- 授权为 Surge Mac 官方授权，终身有效，含 1 年更新订阅。
- 1 年后不会失效：不续订也可永久使用更新期内的最后一个版本，只是拿不到后续新版本。
- 全车共用同一个 license key ，每人激活自己的一台 Mac。
- 仅 Mac 版，与 Surge iOS / tvOS 授权无关，互不通用。
三、上车要求
- 提供芝麻信用分截图
- 一人一位，只激活一台设备；需要多设备请买两个位。
- 禁止外传 key 、禁止二次转卖车位，发现即清退且不退款。
四、退款规则
- 跳车（主动退出）：退还车费的 50%。
- 翻车（授权失效 / 无法继续使用）：全额退款，不分使用时长。
五、续期
更新订阅到期前一周车主发起投票：
- 全员同意 → 按当时官方续订价与汇率重新平摊，继续拿新版本。
- 有人不同意 → 本车结束，各自停留在最后一个可用版本，授权继续有效，不再更新。

### I. Vehicle Models and Prices

- Cost is split evenly based on the official list price; the vehicle owner occupies one of the seats.
- Whether a 3-person or 5-person vehicle is used will be determined by the number of participants.
### II. Details
- The license is an **official Surge Mac license, valid for life**, and includes a **1-year update subscription**.
- It **will not expire** after 1 year: even without renewal, you can continue using the latest version available during the subscription period indefinitely; you simply won’t receive subsequent new versions.
- The entire group shares a single license key; each person activates **their own Mac**.
- Mac version only; unrelated to Surge iOS/tvOS licenses; not interchangeable.
### III. Participation Requirements
1. Provide a screenshot of your Sesame Credit score
2. One license per person; activate only one device. If you need to activate multiple devices, please purchase two licenses.
3. **Do not share the license key or resell the license**. Violators will be immediately removed from the program with no refund.
### IV. Refund Policy
- **Voluntary Withdrawal**: 50% of the subscription fee will be refunded.
- **Service Failure** (authorization expires / cannot continue using the service): **Full refund**, regardless of usage duration.
### V. Renewal
One week before the subscription expires, the owner will initiate a vote:
- Unanimous agreement → Costs will be re-divided based on the official renewal price and exchange rate at that time, and members will continue to receive the new version.
- If anyone disagrees → The car project ends; each member remains on the last available version, with the license remaining valid but no further updates provided.
