At the start, there were five drivers, each paying 258 yuan/month and using 1/5 of the account’s quota. Later, one member dropped out, and another member, due to high usage needs, paid 516 yuan/month and used 2/5 of the quota. Now that this member has dropped out, we’re recruiting a replacement:

## No “dumbed-down” service!

The car owner is very particular about this aspect and has put in a lot of effort and research; there have been no instances of “dumbed-down” service since we started carpooling.

A somewhat bold inference is that, since last Saturday, the following situations have invariably been accompanied by “dumb-down” issues:

`Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model.`

`Error Code server_is_overloaded: Our servers are currently overloaded. Please try again later."

We haven’t encountered any of these issues with our car yet! It passes every “dumbed-down” test normally.

## Privacy Guarantee

Zero conversation data is retained. This is also a major reason why I believe carpooling is superior to relay stations.

## Dynamic Quotas

Based on tests from a neighboring site, the weekly limit for the 20x plan ranges from $2,300 to $3,100; our account’s limit has been around $2,700 for the past month.

Initially, your limit will be set to $1,200 per week. This is a very generous limit that may be tightened in the future, but it will never fall below 2/5 of your account’s total limit. We’ll reset our limits in accordance with any official resets. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure everyone can use their account limits fairly and conveniently.

## Cyber Abuse and Other Violations Are Strictly Prohibited

We have enabled sub2api auditing, using the auditing API provided by OpenAI. However, OpenAI’s auditing for Codex is much, much stricter than the publicly available auditing API, so:

We have an extremely low tolerance for violations! This includes cyber abuse, reverse engineering, NSFW content, bypassing security measures, biothreats, and more. We also do not accept any behavior that violates OpenAI’s Terms of Service (TOS); such violations will result in immediate termination of service. If any official restriction flags are triggered, whether a refund is issued depends on the success of my appeal to OpenAI.

We also have a zero-tolerance policy for certain types of abuse that are often overlooked: for example, web scraping, using Codex to flash devices to remove ID locks, and other tasks that violate ethical guidelines. This also includes abusive behaviors such as generating large volumes of images in a short period or high-concurrency usage. These actions will also trigger OpenAI’s risk control measures.

If you have any requests involving borderline violations, we do not welcome you as a client. We strongly recommend that you use other channels or models instead.

Because OpenAI’s audits for GPT-6 are extremely, extremely, extremely sensitive—even the slightest borderline behavior will be precisely detected and flagged, and false positives are very common—we have no choice but to enforce these restrictions. We appreciate your understanding. This is also to ensure stable, long-term usage for everyone.

Delivery is via sub2api only; we do not provide web-based access, account credentials, or OAuth. Only the API is provided. Please ensure you understand this before signing up.

Currently, sub2api has some issues with pricing in “fast” mode, so “fast” mode cannot be used for the time being.

Currently, only the official Codex client and the official VSCode plugin are supported. This is to prevent misuse; we appreciate your understanding.

We do not allow “car-within-a-car” setups or sharing with friends, as your friends may not fully understand OpenAI’s extremely strict risk control restrictions.

The billing date is the 7th of each month. We do not support mid-month cancellations; please submit your cancellation request at least 3 days before the billing date.

Since today is already the 13th, the first month’s payment will be based on the remaining value; starting next month, the fee will be 516 yuan per month.
