**📌 Carpool Rules and Guidelines (Joining the carpool implies agreement) **
1. Basic Requirements
• Must be an Apple ID registered in the China region.
• The account must not have joined or frequently switched to other family groups within the last 365 days (Apple limits each account to one group change per year).
• You must join the host’s Family Group.
2. Privacy and Storage Management
• Independent Privacy: iCloud data, Photos, Notes, and Music listening history are completely isolated and cannot be viewed by others.
• Storage Recommendation: 2TB of storage is split among 6 people, theoretically providing approximately 341GB per person. Please use the storage reasonably; if you consistently exceed your share to a significant extent and affect others, you must cooperate by clearing storage or leaving the car-sharing group.
• Location Privacy: After joining, be sure to manually turn off “Location Sharing” (Settings > Your Name > Family Sharing > Location Sharing).
3. Renewal and Withdrawal Terms
• Withdrawal Notice: If you wish to withdraw from the car-sharing arrangement, you must notify the car owner at least 5 days before the expiration date; Failure to provide advance notice and failure to renew by the expiration date will be considered a forfeiture of the parking spot.
• Mid-Term Withdrawal: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made mid-term due to personal reasons after paying on a quarterly basis (you may find a replacement car-sharing member on your own); if the group is dissolved due to the group leader’s reasons, a refund will be issued based on the remaining days.
4. Price Changes
• If Apple officially adjusts its plan prices, carpool fees will be adjusted proportionally.
