为避免额度短期耗尽，前几天将按 0.8 倍官方限额 分配给每个人，之后再慢慢调整，使个人额度与官方额度基本对齐。
（因本人首次开此类车，需要逐步对齐）

### Quota Allocation Guidelines
To prevent the quota from being exhausted too quickly, the initial allocation for the first few days will be **0.8 times the official limit** per person. We will gradually adjust this later to align individual quotas with the official limit.
(Since this is my first time organizing such a program, we’ll need to align the quotas gradually.)
### Other Rules
- **2 concurrent connections** per person
- **Handling of Subscription Failures**: I’ll process refunds exactly as the official platform does
