This setup has been running smoothly for two years; 1 spot remains (shared among a family of 6; 1 person’s subscription has expired and they’ve left; the renewal period starts August 1).

Calculated on a monthly basis, this is cheaper than paying for Music and iCloud separately in the China region.

You’ll need to provide your own: a Malaysia-region Apple ID (you can register a new ID and select the Malaysia region; follow the tutorial on Xiaohongshu to set up the account)
