升级规则:
后续第一个大版本发布时，进行升级。按车位均摊升级费用。
如果不愿意升级，商定一个不超过升级日期后延 3 个月内的截止日期，并退部分款。
退款金额 = (1 - (截止日期 - 开始使用日期) / (366 * 2)) * 130 元 （大约 130 元使用 2 年时间的意思，2 年取自 surge 3 、4 、5 的发布间隔)
例如今日加入，9 个月后，发布了新的大版本，商定 3 个月后停止使用 则使用日期为 12 个月，退款 (1 - (12 * 30) / (366 * 3)) * 130 约 65 元
预先说一些想到的上车可能的风险:
后续有多设备需求时，需要额外购置车位 ，不可跳车（仅接受因为不愿升级版本理由退款） 车主不愿意升级了（但我应该不会- -) 若有其他不合理之处欢迎指出。

Upgrade Policy:
Upgrades will be performed when the next major version is released. Upgrade costs will be split evenly among all members.
If you do not wish to upgrade, we will agree on a deadline no later than three months after the upgrade date, and a partial refund will be issued.
Refund Amount = (1 - (Cutoff Date - Start Date) / (366 * 2)) * 130 RMB (This means approximately 130 RMB for 2 years of use; the 2-year period is based on the release intervals between Surge 3, 4, and 5)
For example, if you join today and a new major version is released 9 months later, but you agree to stop using the service 3 months after that, the usage period is 12 months. The refund would be (1 - (12 * 30) / (366 * 3)) * 130, approximately 65 yuan
Here are some potential risks I’ve considered regarding joining the program:
If you need to add more devices later, you’ll have to purchase additional “parking spots.” You cannot “switch cars” (refunds are only accepted if you do not wish to upgrade to a new version).
The “car owner” may decide not to upgrade (though I doubt I’ll do that - -)
